Dear Brethren,
This Christmas, let us remember what the angel said to the shepherds: “Do not be afraid; for behold, I proclaim to you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. For today in the city of David a savior has been born for you who is Messiah and Lord." (Luke 2:10-11)
As we receive God's greatest gift in Jesus, I pray we become gifts to others. Let us be close to the forgotten, the lonely, and the marginalized, just like the shepherds were to Jesus. The world needs the hope and peace of Christ. Let His light shine through us this season, bringing healing and restoration to those around us.
May the joy that the newborn Christ brings be with us and our loved ones.
Fr. Emmanuel Ogla and I wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas!
