I thank everyone who attended the Memorial Mass for Fr. Bob last night, both in person and virtually. My special thanks to the Liturgy Ministers and Staff for the Liturgy planning. Fr Bob’s family also asked me to extend their appreciation to you for the Mass and for your prayers. I am glad the family in Uganda was able to participate virtually at the Mass last night. After Mass, the attending parishioners were invited to livestream greetings to Fr Bob’s family on camera. They were particularly happy that they were able to put a face to the names in the parish community.

1.     You can purchase physical cards from the school office. To purchase physical cards,  place your order by clicking THIS LINK, choose the cards you wish to purchase, and enter your credit card information.  Online orders are filled Monday and Wednesday mornings, and can be picked up at the front officeMonday through Thursday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, and Friday 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM.  As always, gift cards are subject to availability; however, if we are out of a specific card in your order, the Scrip Office will reach out to you directly.

Until we are able to reopen window hours, both of these options are super convenient ways to purchase your Scrip while continuing to support St. John Bosco. 

 

I thank all those who have participated in the ongoing Offertory Matching Appeal. Our records show that over 160 families have participated in the Appeal so far as of today. I invite you to join us by setting up your recurring online giving or increase your existing online recurring giving if you have not already done so. Every gift will be matched dollar for dollar. We have ten more days left before the deadline of August 31st. I will give you a complete report after August 31.
